Tink FP included with Mickey or separate?

From what I understand Tink is moving in a few days to Town Square and will have FP. All I see available is the Meet Mickey at Town Square FP. Is that the one I should be booking - are both Mickey and Tink included? Or do I need to wait (a bit more patiently) b/c the Tink ones just haven't been released yet?

The Tink FP+ will be separate from Mickey.
