Timing questions for first day at MK?

When to catch the bus from Pop to make it to MK for the 8:40 opening show?
When do the busses start running?

We have FP for Belle at 9:20 - 10:20
Then a FP for Cinderella at 10:20 - 11:20
How long to get from the entrance of MK to Tales with Belle?
I was thinking we would check out the town square meet N greets as soon as we enter the park.
Also need to factor in time for 4yr old GD to take in the castle for the first time.
I dont want to rush past the castle to get to Belle.

How long does Tales with Belle last?
If we take our time and get to Belle at 10:20 will that leave me time to get to Cinderella at 10:20 - 11:20??

Is Cristal Palace at 3:50 lunch or dinner?
How long can I expect this meal to last?
Park closes at 7:00 for MNSSHP and I'm wondering how much time we will have after eating?

DS and I left our room at All Star Sports each morning at 7:45 and made it to MK by 8:20 or so.
