Timing question

My 180 day mark is Thursday. I'm trying to finalize my dining choices. I'm looking to book a late breakfast/early lunch on our departure day. We've never been to 1900 Park Fare for breakfast (have had dinner there twice) and I saw that breakfast goes until 11:50. I'm thinking about booking a late breakfast there and have it be our lunch for the day before leaving. I need help with the timing. We'll be staying at BWV, using Disney transportation and taking ME to the airport. So since ME is now picking up people 4 hours before their flight (I know that may change back to 3 hours after the holidays, but better to have more time than not enough) we'll need to be back at BW by 1:30 for ME to pick us up for a 5:50 flight. So what is the latest I can book 1900 Park Fare and get back in time for the ME?

I would do 11:30 as the latest, just to be safe.

I don't think eating at 1130 accounts for the amount of time it's going to eat and then get from GF to BW using Disney transportation. Can you take a cab for the return trip?

I would do 10:00 at the very latest. I'd be much more comfortable with 9:30

I decided to do 1900 Park Fare on another day. If I book an 11:30 Hollywood and Vine would that allow enough time to get back to the BW to catch the bus to the airport at 1:30? I was hoping to be able to book it at 11:00, but it seems that they don't start serving lunch until 11:30. We don't want breakfast, we want lunch because we want to see Minnie and friends and not Disney Jr. characters. It normally takes us an hour to eat at a character meal, so we should be finishing up around 12:30. I know we're be done eating by then, and if we haven't seen on the characters, we can just leave. That gives us an hour to get to the BW and that should be plenty of time. We'll be walking back so we don't have to worry about Disney transportation.

You need to be standing at the platform, completely ready to go, 15 minutes before your scheduled pick up time. You also need to allow time to collect your carry on bags from bell services. I would plan on being back at the resort no later than 12:45. That means walking out of the park by 12:30
