Timing Question

What is our best bet. I'm meeting my SIL and her family at MK for MNSSHP. We linked our accounts and I made FP+ for them. I have two A&E FP+ that I didn't need (got them for another day) so I was going to give them to SIL and her son. However I didn't want to release them and then try to get them again under her name because somebody could grab them in the process. I called Disney and the guy was super nice and tried to transfer them, but he said he was afraid we would loss them or maybe the other FPs. He said he doesn't tell people to do this too often but he told use to switch magicbands. So they will take my A&E FP and I will use their magicbands and take one of their FPs. But that messes up my timing. So is either of these senerios possible?

My daughter has a mermaid package booked at the Pirate League at 4:50, we wanted to take her to meet Ariel after her make over.

So for SIL A&E from 4:20-5:20 (my FP) and then Haunted Mansion from 4:30-5:30 (their FP).
Ariel for my daughter fro. 5:30-6:30 (their FP)

Or

For SIL A&E from 4:20-5:20 (my FP) and then Haunted Mansion from 5:30-6:30 (their FP) and the use the Ariel FP for my daughter from 4:30-5:30 (their FP).

Or do you think we wouldn't even need a FP for Ariel.
