Timing of those special 3/4 day FL passes

Does anyone know whether there is usually one of those 3/4 day special FL passes offered during September? I know they have Discover Disney now through June but can’t remember historically if there’s a similar type of ticket typically offered which covers September.

We used one mid August last year. I can't recall when the end date was, but last year was unusual with SWGE opening a few days after we left. We had to hold out a while for them to release the FL tickets, but we booked FP at 60 days. So no later than June.
