Timing of resale

I am buying 300 resale points at BWV and the signed contract has now gone to Disney for refusal. Any idea how long it takes them to make a decision?

In my case, it took nine days between the time the papaerwork was sent off to Disney and the time it was o.k.'ed. I do know that Jaki (from atimeshare.com) had already cleared the transaction with her contacts at Disney but they were busy from the BCV sales.

We did a resale in Feb. Took five days to get the OK from Disney. Total time from initial offer to closing was four weeks.

The last I heard, the committee met once a week.

It took a little over a week for Disney to ok the contract that we sold at OKW for $54.00 a point.

I did it in January, and it took them the full 30 days (that's what I was told by Timeshare Store Escrow Service).

I'm still in the process of closing on mine. Took 30 days for Disney to get back with ROFR. Took them another 2 or three weeks to get the closing company the necessary paperwork for the resale to go through. Now we are waiting for the seller to renotarize her paperwork (she forgot to get something notarized).
