Timing of Crystal Palace breakfast and parade

We have a 10:25 Adr at CP during Easter week (4/20). . My loose plan is to leave breakfast and go snag a spot for the parade at noon and still get a spot around 30 minutes prior. Does this give us enough time? It is just me and DD13 and DD10.

Also, any recommendations fpr parade viewing not too far from CP? Thanks for any tips.

Leave CP and head for Hall of Presidents.
Stay in that spot (out front of HoP) to await the parade.
