Timing for LTT and Skipper Canteen

We have two MK evenings planned for our July trip, and these are the two restaurants I'm hoping to book (we prefer to dine in the parks most of the time so as not to waste park time by traveling to other areas of WDW). Our first MK night is our arrival night so we won't have as long to spend in the park. Of Liberty Tree Tavern and Skipper Canteen, which do you think would take the longest to dine at? I'd like to try and book the longer dinner for our second MK night, which will be the deluxe hours night.

I guess if you packed your appetites, you could draw out LTT. But I think we were in and out of both places within an hour.

Since LTT has a prix fixe menu, the only decisions and orders to be made are for beverages. So it might be a bit quicker, since the kitchen continually prepares the same items and serves them the same way - it's simply a matter of how many servings go on the platter for how many people at the table. At Skippers' Canteen guests have to place orders for food, and the kitchen then needs to prepare them, so it's likely to take longer.
