Timing for Crystal Lotus dim sum

I’m currently adjusting my schedule, and that would involve possibly doing dim sum on my arrival evening. My flight is scheduled to arrive around 6:30pm from Taipei. I plan to stay at the Explorers Lodge. According to the app Crystal Lotus closes at 10pm. Do you think that would be enough time to get to the resort, check-in, drop bags in room, and walk over to Disneyland Hotel? I would order in advance via email.

You will have time because immigration is pretty quick and the taxi ride isn't that long but I don't know if they'll have dim sum. The Disney dim sum is supposed to be a lunch set.
