Timing for Christmas stuff?

We will be at universal/ioa all of 12/3 and a few hours of 12/4. We are staying onsite. We have no problem getting up early and will be there for early entry 12/3. We were planning to hit Ollivanders, do the queue for fj, ride hippogriff but then we're stuck. We would like to see the who's and the grinch and the show- but don't know what time the first one is usually. We would like to head over to UNi sometime early afternoon and see the parade an hear Mannheim steamroller (dm is a big fan)... But I don't know the times for any of these so I don't know if it's doable or not- is there any other major Christmas stuff I not thinking of? TIA- getting really excited!

The parade starts at 5:30pm for the dates you're visiting and Mannheim Steamroller's concert will begin at 7pm.
