If our flight leaves at 5:50 PM Dec 21 what time do we need to leave the park (AK) to make it to the airport (MCO) we will be using Disney transportation unless, we can get more park hours out using UBER and its worth the price to get a ride to the airport. if we want to be at the airport going through security by 4:20? We are staying at POP.

2nd question on arrival day if our flight arrives at MCO at 10:45 AM assuming no delays what time can we predict to be in either Hollywood Studios or Epcot that day? Again staying at POP and this is on Dec 16.

Typically ME schedules your return trip to airport 3 hours before your flight.

So I am guessing you need to be back at POP by 2:00-2:30pm on 12/21

For arrival day, "they say" you can expect to be in a park 3 hours after your flight lands. You take ME to POP then a bus or cab to a park. Be flexible though!

You'll need to leave the park by 1:15. Your scheduled pickup will be around 2:45 and you need to give yourself plenty of time to get back to the resort and get anything you've left with Bell services.

If you take a cab or uber, you'll need to leave the resort by 3:00 (long security lines are pretty common,) so it will only give you an extra 15 minutes or so in the park.

There's a pretty good chance of being in the parks around 3 hours after you land, but I wouldn't book anything that's prepaid.
