Has anybody bought disney vacation club through timeshares by resale.com? I believe the broker is shontell Crawford. Is this a good company to deal with?

We didn't buy through her because Disney used ROFR, but we did get the deposit back in a timely manner. We bought from Disney at BWV. Shontell still keeps us up to date with what she has available because we're interested in an add on, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy through her.

I have no personal experience but have seen Shontel's name mentioned numerous times on the DVC discussion board as good to work with. FWIW

I purchased a VWL resale thru Shontell. Th entire transaction went very smoothly and she keeps you informed thru the entire process.
Will recommend without any qualification.

I've never purchased from Shontell but have met her a few times and she is a really nice person. Hope that helps. And if I were to purcahse a resale I'd surely check out her listings.

Had I not purchased BCV, I would have purchased thru Shontell. We actually are going to get an OKW resale in the future. When I have the funds, Shontell will have my business.

I purchased both of my contracts direct from Disney. However, Shontell has always been very highly regarded here on the boards. She used to work for the Timeshare Store before she left to start her own business. She's a member of this board and you will see her posting from time to time. I've also met Shontell and found her to be an extremely nice and hard working person. If I were in the market for a resale, Shontell would be my first choice.

Shontell is great! I would recommend her to anyone. We bought three contracts from her, two while she was at the Timeshare Store, and one since she started Timeshares by Resale. She is friendly, honest, efficient, and keeps you informed. In the future I wouldn't buy from anyone else!
