Timeshare Store

Can someone give some quick advice. What are the average costs for selling DVC? Is it about 10% or what should I expect?

The Timeshare Store currently charges 10%. There are also two other small charges from Disney on all resales. I think they are for ROFR review and the estoppel letter and I think they total $70.
