Timeshare Store - Aulani Closing Costs ?

Hi gang,

I was just looking through The Timeshare Store at resales just to see what was out there. When looking at various sales I noticed the Aulani closing costs were all $900... anybody know why they are so high and why the are all the same costs?

DVD is entitled to charge a ROFR fee of $250 on Aulani contracts. that's a bit unique among DVC properties and may add an additional cost to small aulani resales.

not sure if they are even enforcing this yet, though. it could just be additional charges required by the state of hawaii...

The money also has to be held by a Hawaii based escrow company. This is to conform to Hawaii state law.
