Timeshare Question

When purchasing a timeshare, does anyone know what RIGHT TO USE MEMBERSHIP (DOES NOT EXPIRE) Property means. I know deeded means you can will it.

I believe most RTU have an expiration date..and you dont actually "own" the property..you are in essence borrowing it as long as they allow the contract for..that is my understanding at least

Thank you - now I know it is definately different than deeded.

disney has a RTU - but they also deed their property.

considering it quits in 2042 and I will be 92....if I am still alive - I am not concerned!
