Hi: It is difficult and usually not beneficial to arrange in advance. Once you are in Orlando and more so Kissimmee you will see booth in mall, service station parking lots, hotel and resturant lobbies and in fact every where you turn around. These are people that will be delighted to sign you to a tour. Various resort have different booths so if you can't get what you want go to another. Some represent two or three resorts.
TIP. They will probably want you to pay $15 to $25 for a pair of 1 day tickets. Tell them you will go if free. They are on commission and get nothing if you walk away so will often sweeten deal to get you to go.
I read about this website offering free tickets for timeshare tours, elsewhere on these forums. However, I cannot vouch for them as I have no personal experience. HTH.
