Timeshare Near Disney- Which one?

We have always stayed on Property but, thought maybe we would use a friends time share this time and willbe traveling with 4 year old. Does anyone know anything about any of these?

I've stayed at Marriott Grand Vista in a 1st floor studio. Our experience was a room that was too humid and they had no dehumidifiers at the resort. Their solution was to turn up the airconditioning....too cold. So, the room itself wasn't too pleasant (cold and still damp). The pool chairs in the sun were all 'taken' early in the day by people's belongings (with no people in sight). The grounds, pool areas and rooms are nice.

I've also stayed in Hilton Grande Vacations on Arrezo Way, twice in a one-bedroom. I really like this resort a lot. Not nearly the problems with getting pool chairs and plenty of activities for the family at the resort (if that's of interest). It's also right next to an outlet mall with a gate that leads over there, so you don't have to drive.

Mystic Dunes Resort & Golf Club

We stayed at the Grande Vista in July 2012. We had no problems, they were redoing many of the rooms at that time and we got one that was completed. We would stay again, if we did not want to be on property.

With a 4 year old I would choose Harbour Lake because of the incredibly awesome Pirate pools and splash park. We also stayed at Mystic Dunes and my son loved it. Marriot GV is for retirees and golfers. When we stayed there my son was the only child in the entire resort and he kept getting "looks" from elderly people like he better behave. He made me promise to never take him back there.

I second that. Marriott's Harbour Lake is amazing. Their pool area is amazing for kids (pirate ship in a separate pool, splash area, larger pool, slide for bigger kids).
The rooms are great, easy to walk everywhere within the resort area.
If I am nitpicking, the only thing they don't have is a whirlpool tub in the room.

We were at Grande Vista in February. Seemed like a decline in service since the last time we were there.
