My dad is an owner with Marriott. Not happy with the customer service. No matter how far in advance he makes reservations, he can not get a lock off. Last year, he called the place he bought it from and his salesman finally made it happen. He made reservations last June for the first week of May 2011 but no lock off available. They have called every week since last June and can not get anyone to call them back. I told him I remember reading a time share blog where someone was complaining about the same thing. Of course, I can't remember where is was. Any ideas?????
