Times for Wishes and Illuminations in August??

From various websites, I have established that last years hours at MK were 9-9 or 9-10, and Epcot was 9-9.

If the hours stay the same, what time would Wishes and Illuminations be?

I want to make PS's for Ohana and Rose and Crown, to try and view these.

Illuminations will be at 9:00 pm. It is always shown at Epcot closing.
