The latest time I could get for my May trip is 4:30. Why is this? Will later times open up the closer I get to my trip? The last time I went we did lunch and the tickets were included for free, meaning no package needed. I can't imagine eating dinner a 4:30 when we made a PS for lunch at 12

TIA for any input.

Things can always change, so I would recommend that you check in periodically just in case.

I did the meal/priority seating for Fantasmic when I was there last, and since I was solo, I took a book with me then after dinner I went and camped out where I wanted to sit and read until the show started.

I also tried to book the Hollywood and Vine for Fantasmic in May. The latest with the package was 4:30....but if I didn't do the package we can eat there at 6:30. How silly is that?

Is the package worth it? I've heard that you still have to get in line pretty early anyway? Now I'm not sure....

I can't figure this out either. I wanted to do the Brown Derby and they gave me a time of 4 or 4:30, and said the other two restaurants were the same. I made the earliest reservation at Sci-Fi for 12:00, the Fantasmic time is too close. Also, according to previous calendars the parade is at 5:30, so booking the Fantasmic Package would mean you would miss the parade!? The CM said something about it being because Fantasmic is at 8:30, so if the show turns out to be at 9:00 as in previous years does this mean 5:00 will be the latest we can eat? I thought that one of the whole points of getting the package is so that you don't have to rush through dinner to get in line, not spend hours after dinner waiting for the show. Do you think the times will change?

We did this package in May 2002, but only booked it as walk-ins that morning, so I didn't question the 4:00 time slot I was given. It's really nice to be able to just walk in, it's a separate entrance and they ask that you arrive only 1/2 hour before the show, which is good. We had to wait a long time in line when we went without the package previous to this, not sure if I want to do that again. I don't know what to do, this 4:00 time is messing up my plans! If you're not into long lines, the package is definitely worth it, my kids were only 3 & 5 the time we waited in line and it seemed like forever.
