Times for Ceremonies

I was just wondering if you can have evening weddings at the other locations besides the WP. We are currently booked at 3p.m. for Sea Breeze Point on 12/18/06, but I would LOVE to have the wedding a little later in the day. When we were booking I was only given the options of 9,11,1&3, I believe. Is this the standard times for intimates or could I ask for a later ceremony time???

If I recall correctly, they could go until 5:00 pm, as the intimates at all locations (except for WP) can only be booked on an "odd" hour...ie 11:00 , 1:00 , 3:00 , 5:00 p.m.

On the other hand, intimates at the WP are only scheduled on even hours
10:00, 12:00, 2:00, up until 6:00 p.m and intimate weddings can only be held Monday - Thursday at WP (as of October 2005).

I booked ours at 3:00 p.m. and it worked perfectly because we booked group reservations for 5:20 p.m. dining.

By the time we started the wedding, had the cake/champagne reception and then finished all of our pics...we ended up arriving at the restaurant at 5:00 p.m. ....perfect timing.

Our wedding day events ended about 7:30 p.m, which is the time we had scheduled for our towncars to pick us all up.

The latest for an intimate is 4p.m. That way it will not interfer with the custon Weddings. They make more money that way. So they pretty much have the times in stone.

They could have changed this recently, but last year for Intimates the times were 9:00 am, 11:00 am, 1:00 pm, 3:00 pm, and 5:00 pm for locations other than the WP. WP times are even hours but other brides will have to give you that information.
When we booked WL Sunrise Terrace we were given the option of 9:00 am, 3:00 pm, or 5:00 pm. We are not morning people so 9:00 am was out and I was afraid 5:00 pm was too close to dinner and the lobby would be full of people, we chose WL for the privacy factor and so I didn't want a lobby full of people dragging in from the parks trying to watch our wedding

I know when i was considering an intimate at the yacht club gazebo i was told i could have 9am,11am,1pm,3pm or 5pm. I remember her also saying that the gazebo has lights on that they can use for an evening wedding.
