Timeline help

I am having a hard time trying to figure out our timeline for our photographer and the hair and makeup people. We are having a 2:30 ceremony at the Pavilion and our photographer is Randy Chapman and we have beaute speciale doing hair and makeup. I have no idea what time to ask them to come. We want to do a first look and do as many pictures as possible before the ceremony. We paid for 5 hours of photography but I don't think we will use them all. I want to get pictures of the guys getting ready and my girls and me getting ready. My DF doesn't want to get ready and have to wait hours before anything happens. After the ceremony, we want to go straight to the pre-reception, so we don't want to do too many pictures before hand. Any ideas what time everyone should come? Thank you.

Let Beaute Speciale know what you've just said, they will know what time that means you need to get started.

Our ceremony is at 2:30 too, and I told Beaute Speciale I wanted to be ready by 11am, for the photographer to get there, and because there's 6 of us getting ready they're going to be there at 8:30am.

Hi ladies...

I am glad you posted this, I have been having the same issue. I am getting married at 2:30pm at the Pavilion as well. We also hired Randy and Ana for our make-up.

From the conversations I have had with Ana, she suggested that we start our hair and make-up at 9:30-10:00, so we are ready by 1pm.

Randy should be arriving at 1pm and the limo picking us up at 1:45pm. We are staying at the Wilderness Lodge so we are close to the pavilion. We are not having a FIRST LOOK, before the ceremony. My planner told me I would be the last pick-up so it gives us a little time to take pictures with my family and wedding party before we need to head out to the ceremony.
