I have a December Disney Dream cruise booked with Dreams Unlimited. I sent an email to my TA yesterday to cancel the cruise since I feel that December is too early for us to cruise without the risk of being stranded at sea. We have to return to Canada for work and school after the cruise, so it is best to cancel it despite losing the OBB perks. My TA is usually very good at responding timely. Yet I still haven’t heard anything from her. Does anyone have any experience cancelling a reservation these days? What’s the timeline? How many days should I wait before seeking other assistance from DU if this continues? I wouldn’t want to get my TA into trouble as she has always been responsive and helpful. I wonder whether the delay is due to high volume of reservation changes and cancellations going on right now. I sure hope that my TA is well and healthy! Thanks in advance for any insights!
