Timekeeper in July

I read that the Timekeeper would be open around now - we are due to leave in 9 days - what's the likelihood of this staying open? - we are desperate to see it.

Not open last week. The lobby is the Meet 'n Greet for Buzz Lightyear, so it's probably not likely.
