Timekeeper and Carosel of Progress Open

Will they be open 4th of July week? I have never been there when Timekeeper is open

I remember COP from Disneyland when I was a kid, and was so excited that they still have it in WDW. Then bummed to find out it's only "open seasonally", which means probably not in Sept. What's up with that?
