Hey everyone! I was wondering if anyone has heard any rumblings about opening dates for the new restaurants in Downtown Disney? Is it likely either Black Tap or Ballast Point would be open by mid-June?

On a somewhat related note, how likely is it that EoS or Rainforest Cafe will still be open in this timeframe?

Black Tap and Ballast Point have a LONG way to go. I would expect these to open late fall.

EoS and RFC may still be open mid June. They *can* remain open until June 30, but they have not announced specific closing dates for those two yet.

I’ll keep my fingers crossed for EoS still being open. I haven’t been to DTD in a while so I had no idea there was still so much work to be done on those locations!

According to this thread: Rainforest Closing Update, RFC's official closing date is June 17th. I wouldn't think EOS would be open much later than that (not sure if they've announced an official closing date). AMC previously announced closing the week of June 17th-24th, but hadn't given employees an exact date. So I would assume the western end of DTD will be closed by June 17th, just to be safe, but would check to see if anyone will be around later than that. The last concert on the Main Stage is scheduled for Memorial Day Weekend.
ETA: Apparently, on an unrelated note, Haagen Dazs has announced their last day is May 31st.
ETA2: CMs at Starbucks West (by the AMC) say their last day is June 23rd.

Bands on the DTD Main Stage have been extended through June 20th. So even with the restaurants on that end closed (some places are due to close at the beginning of this month), it doesn't sound like Disney will be demolishing anything right away.
