Time when FP and dining reservations start

I could not find this anywhere (I am probably not wording it right) what time of day can I start to reserve my fast Passes and dinner reservations? is it 12 am or does it start at a specific time in the morning??

FastPass:
7:00AM Eastern Time.
WDW Resort stay: Up to 60 days before check-in day
Non-WDW Resort stay: Up to 30 days before first park day

Dining Reservations:
7:00AM Eastern Time. (You can try on-line at 6AM Eastern... Use the MDE APP.) See Post #9 below.
Up to 180 days in advance.
(If you also have a WDW Resort reservation, you can, on that first date,
book up to 10 days worth of Dining Reservations.)

Dining is 6am eastern online.

They both begin at 7:00AM, Eastern Time.

(Some say 6AM on-line.)

They are completely different booking systems. Dining is open to anyone who wants to book a reservation; FPs are open to only those with tickets linked to their MDE account.

Dining 6:00a ET online
Dining 7:00a ET by phone

• Please be aware that if you cancel a restaurant reservation, your previously scheduled reservation time will immediately be made available to another Guest.
• All newly introduced dining events—such as special dining experiences and dessert parties—can typically be booked beginning at 7:00 AM on the day their offers become available.

I have not had good luck with booking dining on-line before 7AM, Eastern Time.
I've had it "click in" at 7AM, but you can give it a shot.
Apparently, it works better with the MDE APP rather than using the website.

ADR's: 6am eastern online, 7am eastern by phone.
180+10 for onsite guests and 180 days one day at a time for offsite.
FP+: 7am eastern.
60 days for onsite guests and 30 days one day at a time for offsite.

I have never had trouble booking at 6 am online through the app. Good luck!
