Time to begin DCL online booking for excursions

I am a silver cc and in my window today to book my excursions and dining for our October cruise but cannot book yet. Is there a specific time that the online booking opens for your first day? It is just odd that no matter how I search, I cannot add any activities.

they are supposed to open up at midnight - 90 days prior to sailing.

I booked online today at 6:30am. I am silver. Today was the first day for online check in.

The online checkin and activity booking windows typically open at midnight. That said, however, there are times that one or the other window (sometimes both) are delayed in opening. This delay can be minutes to hours.
