Time to arrive at MK for Cindy Ressies

I was wondering when we should arrive at MK for 9am Cinderella Breakfast PS time on Tuesday Mar 22? We are staying at Pop Century so do you know also when we should catch the bus from there? I appreciate any help.

We have 8:45 reservations, so I plan on leaving Pop by 7:45 or so. I figure earlier is better, and this might give us a quiet stroll down Main St.
