Time share exchange in Italy

Has anyone used their points to rent a timeshare in Italy through DVC? I am planning a trip next year and was wondering if anyone has stayed at the resorts located in Venice ( LeVille del Lido) or Tuscany(Cordial Golf Residence II Pelagone)?Thank you! Trying to find out what you think of these resorts.

I remember reading a trip report a few years ago from a couple that stayed at the Cordial Golf Residence for a week in combination with their trip to Spain. You might try a search to see if it is still archived. But, they really enjoyed the stay and used the location for a base to several day trips by rental car.
