Time online booking starts

We'll be in Italy (yeah, poor us) when we'll be able to book at the 7 mo. mark. Italy is 6 hours ahead of us, and I'm unsure what time I'll be able to log on and book. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

The on-line reservation system rolls to the next day around 8am eastern time.

It will be at noon in Italy - its 1pm for us in the UK with MS open 2pm-10pm which is actually rather nice
