Time Frame for Intimate Wedding at WP

Hey Y'all,

I was just wondering if an intimate bride that has had her wedding at the WP could give me a timeline of approximately how long things take. For example, how long is the ceremony? Also, I am having Randy for my photographer, and I was wondering from what time we will go to take the pics on the beach? TIA!

Hey! A lot will depend on where you want your photos taken. Randy took about 10 minutes of pictures of me and DH in the bride's vestibule and groom's room before the wedding. The ceremony was no more than 20 minutes. After the recessional we had a staged kiss/congrats time just outside the chapel for about 5 minutes. Then we went back in the chapel for about 10 minutes of photos inside the wedding pavillion. We sent our guests off to Commander's Terrace in the limo and while we awaited its return DH and I went to get photos done at picture point, on the beach and then back across the bridge (about another 10 minutes).

I'm not sure exactly how long the cake cutting was, but there was still time for 5 minutes of photos on the Grand Staircase and to head back to POFQ for about 10 more minutes worth of photos. However, instead of going back to POFQ we could have opted for more beach/ GF photos.

So it is flexible depending on what you want. Randy is so great at making whatever you want happen!
