Time for online booking

Can anyone tell me what time of the day online booking starts? Is it the same time MS opens?

For DVC rooms it was 8:00 a.m. ET for me last week.

For online, the 11 & 7 month booking windows open at 8 am Eastern.

MS opens at 9 am Eastern, so online bookers have an hour's head start. If you are trying for a popular booking category, that hour matters.
