Can anyone tell me what time 12am ET in the USA is, back here in the UK ?

...I have to make some on line reservations on my Disney cruise and can't get my head round what time the ressies open up

They are 5 hours behind us in Florida.

For example it is now just approaching 7pm in the UK, so it will be 2pm in Orlando.
