Time between passing ROFR and closing?

Is there any type of typical time span the time between passing ROFR and getting to close? Does it depend on the title company?

We are buying GVC and we used Disney By Resale, so that tells you which title company I would think.

Of course we have our "close by" date, but I was just wondering in practice how long it usually takes.

Average time is 75 days from offer to first reservation.

A lot of it depends on the title company -- but other things factor into the equation also.

The title company we had to use took 3 weeks to get the closing documents to us.

THEN the sellers took a while getting their papers returned (they had a loan and I guess since they weren't getting any money from the sale they decided to take their time)

Our closing date came and went without closing. Finally, the sellers papers arrived but the closing company still took another 4 days to close.

Patience is something needed in abundance when buying resale.
