Time between meal and JTA

We're going to Disney in September. On our HS day we have lunch at Sci-fi dine-in at 12:40. We'll use our fast passes in the morning. We're going to get there early to sign kiddos up for Jedi Training sometime in the afternoon. How much buffer time should we leave between our adr time and our time slot for Jedi Training?

I always allow 90 minutes for a table service meal.

Also keep in mind that you will need to show up for JTA 30 minutes before your show time.
