Time arriving at WDW from a cruise

On the times we did this we got off the ship at 7.35 and been at either Polynesian or beach club by 8.45/55. In MK / Epcot after check in at 9.30 am. Lucky rooms were made up. We have also done sea world post cruise and got there 8.45 am.( rental car).

What if you have second seating breakfast? Seems like there may not be enough time to eat, collect bags, go through customs and make a 9 am bus. Is there a later bus for 2nd seating.

I don't think so. The letter delivered to our cabin was pretty clear that all the resort busses leave at 9:00. Believe this is a change from how they used to do it with bussing leaving as they filled them.

We had second seating and were told we'd have to eat in Cabanas and skip the MDR breakfast in order to be off the ship at 8:15 as they instructed. I wasn't happy about that and wouldn't take DCL transfers again. Stopping at many resorts wasn't fun either. We had a hold up at one which caused our ride to be even longer.

There is a rolling bus service departing regularly

There is rolling DCL Transfer service to MCO post-cruise.

While they used to offer rolling bus service to WDW resorts, that is no longer an option. This past spring, DCL changed the Transfer service to the WDW resorts post-cruise. All buses leave approx. 9:00am, regardless of what time you actually step off the ship.

If you have second dinner seating, I recommend planning to eat at Cabanas on the last morning rather than the MDR if you want to catch a bus to WDW by 9:00am. Since the change, I have not heard of a late "stragglers" bus departing after 9am.
