I read about this a few years ago (if it's been that long for you). I used to be that they made and baked all of their donuts in the store, but now they're all made in a factory and shipped frozen to the stores where they're baked. So the stores only have what's been shipped to them. Once they're out they can't make any more of a given type until they get their next shipment.
Proper Tims lingo is the donuts are not frozen they are "hibernated!"
As far as variety, my store follows Tims guidelines as to what we must sell. The rest are left to what sells. We are a full store and carry 21 varieties!
The bakers are baking at 4 am daily, to ensure you get fresh products!!!!!!
Enjoy your next trip to Tims!!!!!![]()
4am oh goodie, so when i go there at break time at 11pm, my donut is 19 hrs old?
