Tiki Pin???

All right, I’m confused….big shocker!

What exactly is the deal with the tiki pin 1963?

I have heard some ppl say that this pin has been (and will continue to be) given away at staff events this month. Others have said that there is only 100 (or so) 1963 tiki pins and that they are reeeeeeally rare. Some say that you can wait for the next trade event for this pin – others say no that tiki 1971 will be next.

What's the deal?

Is it just me, or would it be helpful for staff to include what pins will be traded on the events calendar? (I know they do this for some of the games, but I’m really talking about the trade events.)

Any clarity here would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Well, I was worried after the first trading event. The baseball
predictometer determined the chance to trade for this pin. (Spin a triple
or home run and you were able to trade for it.) It was touted as 100
of the 1963 tiki room pins available. We didn't know if that meant 100 total.

Then last night, HOST_Phinny had another pin trading room open. She
had another limited quantity of those pins available. This started me
thinking that the rest of the month, we'd probably have more opportunities
to get the 1963 pin.

Perhaps we'll see the 1971 pin next month.

Before my forth DC and not getting the pin. Host Phinny stated that they will have 100 of these pins for EACH trading event, not just 100 in total. So a few more dc's and maybe I might get one.
