Yea not sure why they even built it whe they just recently closed Goofys bounce house in DL. This queue is still great they just took it a little too far.
It may or may not -- but Disney wouldn't want to be simply covered. They don't want a reputation for injuring kids -- and they definitely don't want dozens of videos of kids bouncing their way to injury on YouTube.
An "at your own risk" posting does not necessarily protect against negligence, especially if there is an inherent defect that results in an unusual number of injuries...
