Don't think this has been posted from Orlando Sentinel, sorry if it has.
Also link to the "Punch" again.

Tigger, the Walt Disney World character, is no longer in the cross-hairs of the State Attorney's Office.

No charges will be filed against 31-year-old Michael J. Fedelem, the employee playing Winnie the Pooh's bouncy friend, the State Attorney's Office announced today.

Prosecutors reviewed the complaint that Tigger punched a 14-year-old during a home-video session at Disney-MGM Studios last month.

:woohoo: I always thought the kid looked like he was trying to undo the Tigger suits zip or something - I'm glad Tiggers innocent!

Brilliant, am chuffed to hear he's been cleared!

 :cool1:

good for Tigger, this always looked dodgy to me, the child was definitely up to something

I think a lot of us thought that family was just out for a freebie or payout. Glad Tigger's been cleared.

Excellent news.

Just hope that it's THAT family's last trip to anything Disney.

:yay: Am so glad about this :thumbsup2

Woohoo! :woohoo: That's great news! I believed he was inocent throughout!! :tigger: :tigger: :tigger: :tigger: :tigger:

Even Pikachu likes Tigger! Although sometimes he gets in trouble with the other Pokemon for his "Bouncing".. ;)

It's great news that Tigger was innocent. Hopefully that kid will think twice before trying that again.. :thumbsup2

I completely agree, it was obvious from the post fight interviews that they were out to get whatever they could. If the verdict had gone the wrong way perhaps WDW would have had to have a new ride at AK, maybe Mickeys Character Safaris:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
