I remember this happened while we were in WDW for the marathon in Jan 07. I remember being in my hotel room at the WL, turning on the TV, and seeing Tigger on the news.

All I can find is that no criminal charges were filed against Tigger.

I am curious was he fired and was a civil law suit filed.

As I recall, Tigger's "friend" was acquitted. Or was this another case?

I'm almost positive that the family did file a civil suit and then dropped it. And Tigger's friend was re-instated. If you keep listening to the Podcasts they will give an update in a few shows.
