Hey everyone. After reading people's entries, I have become aspired to really get this getting in shape thing seriously. I have tried numerous times before but always ended up on the couch :( So know I have come to the realization that I gotta take this seriously before it gets worse. I am spending 3 weeks in Germany this summer and 2 weeks in Disney World. After looking at pictures from my last trip I became pretty disgusted. So here I am. My plan is to run 2 miles at least 3 times a week as well as eating Smart Ones by Weight Watcher for supper. I've decided to officially start tomorrow since yesterday and today didnt go to go :rolleyes1
Excercise:
outside of school, mainly nothing.
In school:Monday running as many lines in one minute( got 5) and badmition
Tuesday, just badmition
Food: let's just say it was bad....
 
Welcome to WISH Tiff! I am sure if you really want it bad enough you can accomplish your goal. My question though is...have you ever done much running? If so, then great. If not, I would recommend taking baby steps and building up to running 2 miles at a slower pace. Running can be hard and take time to build up to. I am sure you can do it, but don't want to see you get discouraged if you can't run the full 2 miles right away. Anyway, good luck with your goals! I am sure you will do great!
 
Yes I have done some running before. Up through elementry and middle school I was the long distant runner for my class. This past summer I trained for cross country but had to quit do to being out to state when comps were taking place. But I do thank you for your concern. :)
Excercise- Had Workout Wednesday today. My group did circuits which consist of 2 minute intervals. The first interval is jogging and the 2nd interval consist of either pushups, crunches, lunges, or jumping. I may do a 1 mile run tonight.
Food:
B- 2 small muffins, 1 cup fruit, 1 cup o.j.
L- 8 oz. water, sandwich( ham on rye w/ swiss)
S- 20 oz. water and a cookie :blush:
D- Smart Ones- Stuffed Turkey Breast and a glass of milk.
 
Hi, Tiff! Glad to hear that running is not something new to you. In that case, I am sure you will do great! Sounds like your eating went well too. Don't feel bad about the cookie. You ate so well all day that one cookie won't kill you!
