Tiffin's Menu (link)

This menu just doesn't look good to me. Originally I said the same thing about Skipper Canteen but tried it anyway and it became an instant favorite. However, the Tiffin's menu lacks interest to me to the point that I've taken it off my plan for my next trip. No problem; it will be that much easier for someone else to get a reservation. :goodvibes I may end up trying Tiffin's on some other future trip, maybe after the menu changes. I don't mind skipping it this time, as I always have more restaurants on my wish list than there are meal opportunities during the trip.

Yum! Even my kids will like several of the adult options, if for some reason we let them tag along! The descriptions may sound exotic, but those flavors are pretty approachable. I'm not a fan of head cheese or liver, though, and my family would balk if I got a wild hair and wanted to try it. I'd take the chance at V&A's, but not a regular restaurant!

Yes, I'd probably balk at "wild hair" too! :)

Trying to work out what that is a typo for but I'm not sure. I'm with you on the headcheese and liver, but liking a lot of menu.

This menu seems to be missing the kids' meals. The prices posted for the dining package have separate prices for adults and kids, so I'm thinking there has to be kids choices, right?

the kid menu is on the official menu.

I'm not really super interested in this menu... maybe I will change my mind when I see some pictures and reviews. I am not a nuggets/pizza person but nothing here is making me go "OOOH I want to try that!"

My kid said he'd try the roasted chicken and couscous. My picky eater has become addicted to chopped junior and is now willing to try all kinds of things. We'll try couscous at home before I go spending a fortune on it at disney lol

Wonder if they will have an actual bar in the restaurant--and if you can get a full meal there.

Or in the lounge if you are ready for more than that limited lounge menu.

Should add that the only thing that interests me on the menu is that short rib entrée---

So looking forward to trying this in August. The entree's don't excite me that much, but the appetizers sound amazing. Lobster soup, octopus, head cheese!!!! Yes please and thank you!!!!

Also super easy to make at home. Most supermarkets will have a small box in the pasta aisle or ethnic foods aisle. Bulk food stores usually have it, too. Smart move with chopped junior. You'll have an adventurous WDW foodie on your hands in no time!:-) ps I have a young niece who really only wants Kraft Dinner mac & cheese when she dines out. Not Stouffers & def not anything yummy made from scratch. Just KD. Must be a comfort thing. Like chicken noodle soup. Hoping she grows out of it soon. :sad2:

Just booked for Oct and there was only 1 time available for lunch and dinner (even checking for smaller party sizes)...4:00. I grabbed it but am shocked it's so booked up when it just opened for availability. Not sure our 3 teens girls will like the menu so we might be dropping down from a table of 7 to a table of 4.

I want to try this place but not on a trip with my family. They won't eat anything different - especially the extra picky wants everything plain and not mixed together vegetarian.

We're set to eat here in September. I'm really excited about it because the theming looks really great -- very immersive and perfect for AK.
