Nope. We used them in May and will again later this month. We’ve used them every trip to WDW since 2009.

That is a bit odd. We were able to get an earlier arrival flight and emailed them last week to update our pick up time. They responded within an hour.
 

We have them booked in November and they have all the arrangements made with no problems. Have used them before and they are great. I love having no worries about getting to and from the resort and air port for flights.
 
Had a trip in August. I do everything online and they responded right away with an acknowledgment of my changes. Same experience last April.
 
Used them in July and they were great even when flight was delayed 7 hours.
 
We used them in 2022 and want to continue to use them.
 
We have 5 adults and two toddlers needing car seats. Do they provide and can they transport that many people, luggage, double stroller? Just curious

We used them in 2022 with 10 people, 6 adults, 4 toddlers ages 2-6. We got the van and they provided car seats and booster seats for us. You can do the whole reservation online including requesting the car seats.
