I have one more question...we have made reservations with Tiffany this time (always just grabbed a towncar before). My question is this...do we pay for the round trip after the first leg? Do we pay half? How does this work?

Yes you pay for the round trip when they drop you off at your hotel.
Then whoever picks you up to take you back to the airport, then you just have to give them a tip! Hope that helps!:sunny:

Thanks! I could NOT go to the World...without these boards

we are thinking of using tiffany from orlando trainstation to the dolphin- they quoted us the best price thus far-

i forgot to inquire about grocery stop- does anyone know if the allow this- and if they charge extra

thanks

Yes they will stop, just mention it when you make the reservation and they do not charge extra. :sunny:

Just back :( Great trip :D

Used Tiffany and was very pleased with the service.

The rate would depend on where you are staying.
You can get a rate quote on their website and they have a coupon there too that you can print off and use.
The rates range from $75-$90.

I am planning on using Tiffany as well and I am making my reservations today hopefully. Anyway, I'm confused about how to tip. I believe the tip should be 20%, so I will have them pick me up at the airport and take me to the Poly, then on the 5th day they will pick me up a the Poly and take me to the Portofino Bay Hotel and then a few days later take us from the PBH back to the airport. I was given one price for the whole thing, so how do I tip. Can I pre-tip for the whole thing, or should I have them brake it down so that I can tip each driver for each leg? I'm confused.

Minnie Mare...

We tipped both drivers. Our fare was $90 (with the coupon) to WL. We tipped $5 to each driver. Anyone else?

Thanks Pewing, I booked the towncar and she did brake it all down for me. I will need to pay the driver the full amount when I arrive, but then tip them individually. It's only a dollar different for one of the legs (tip wise). I am a firm believer in envelopes and boy oh boy will I have a sack full of envelopes for this trip, lol. Envelopes for the hotel payments, envelopes for the daily maid tips, Envelopes for the drivers and for the tips, etc., etc. If I keep my money all together I tend to spend what I shouldn't, so a sealed envelope is the best way to go for me:o

In response to Minnie's previous posting, how much is the going rate to leave for maid service? We are staying at the Royal Pacific in Universal for four nights before departing for the Disney Cruise. Thanks,

Cathy:rolleyes: :wave2:

invaderzim, I usually give a dollar a day per person and I add one, so for instance, it's just me and my DS, so I will leave $3 a day, but generally $1 per person is fine. Hope that helps.
:D
