Anyone deal with them recently? I had heard great things and submitted a request online for our December trip through the TTC website and I got a returned email saying it couldn't reach their server. I wanted to see if something was going on before I call them to ask and give our payment info!!
 
Hmmm..that's strange. I booked for our Dec trip online this morning, and everything went thru fine. We have used them a couple of times, our last being Oct of last year, and my brother recently used them about a month ago. We've always been happy with the service, and they aren't having any problems that I'm aware of. At least I hope not!
 
Thanks for the reply! I thought everything went through fine for me too, even got a confirmation e-mail afterwards with the info I filled in on their form. But the next day I got this error message:

Unable to deliver message to the following recipients, due to being unable to connect successfully to the destination mail server.

Strange huh!? I'm going to give them a call. I hope it was a fluke :)

Oh gosh! I just assumed it went ok since I got the confirmation email. Guess I'll be giving them a call too!:)
 

Just an update, when I called and gave the confirmation number from the email they had all my info. The error message must have been a glitch!!
 
We just used Tiffany for our Disney trip on November 9th and 17th. Both ways and experiences were excellent. Both drivers were professional and welcoming.

We will use them again next year.
 
I am another happy customer of Tiffany Towncar. My inbound flight was delayed by 2 1/2 hours, the good news was the driver was waiting for me as I came down the escalator into baggage claim. I really appreciated TT tracking my flight. :thumbsup2

We used them in May & I actually got that error message too. Don't know why, but everything was fine. Excellent service. :thumbsup2
