I have a last minute question, so I'd figure I would come to the experts. My family and I fly into MCO Saturday night at 10:02 pm. I was told by Tiffany's that most stores are closed by the time we get our luggage and get on our way and that the only store open is Goodings. Now, I've heard Gooding's is very expensive and asked if they would stop at Walmart. I was told no they would not. My question is if you have flown into MCO late and have a grocery stop with Tiffany's where have you stopped? For others who have used other town car services other than Tiffany's where have you stopped? We will change town car services if needed. Thank for you help!

I went with Tiffany's and went to Publix. I don't know what time they close. We were there on Saturday around dinnertime.

It seems to me, that a grocery wouldn't close till around midnight, especially one in a tourist area. Just my opinion:rolleyes:

They probably won't stopat Walmart because of the chance of giong over the allowed time.

Good luck, and have a great time on your trip.:D :D

We use Happy Limo and have stopped at 7-11 several times. It wasn't late at night, but we just wanted to run in quickly for a few items.
A while back, another person posted asking about Happy's service where they will pick up groceries for you ahead of time. I don't know about that myself as we have never used it, but it might be worth a phone call to see if they really do that...after all, the call is toll free! They have a coupon rate, too. I have a coupon on my website for them, and I think Mousesavers has one too.

I agree about avoiding Goodings. It would be one thing if they charged a small premium, but the last time I went there (a couple of years ago), the prices were outrageous -- double on some items.

I've had Tiffany Towncar take us to the Publix at Xentury City Center (2925 International Dr, Kissimmee). It's located where International drive hits 192. In our case it was mid-afternoon, but that store stays open till 11 p.m. If your flight arrives on time at 10:02 pm. (or a little early), you might be able to make it.

The Publix at Poinciana Place (2915 Vineland Rd, Kissimmee), where Vineland hits 192, is also open until 11 p.m.

The other two Publix stores to which Tiffany has taken us (Williamsburg and Plaza Venezia) both close at 10 p.m.

Your best bet might be Albertson's. Their stores in the Orlando area are open until midnight, 1 a.m., and even 24 hours. Just ask your Towncar driver.

The Walmart Supercenter is quite a distance out of the the way. so I can see why Tiffany Towncar doesn't go there.
