Use a town car service, tiffany's has a website so does florida tours and your-ride is also a sponsor of this board. A town car service will take your right from the airport to your hotel for about $75.00 or so and they will usually stop at the grocery store for a quick shop.
I used mears once and like the town car better, you get to your hotel faster and with mears they usually go to several resorts.
