Tiered FP+ in DHS-which rides/which tier?

I tried to do a search because I'm sure this has been answered before, but in DHS, which rides are in the top tier for FP+? I assume that if it's a top tier attraction, you can only pick one FP+ from that tier. And in Epcot, are Test Track and Soarin the only two attractions in the top tier? If so, as long as TT continues to have the single rider line, I don't need a FP+ there, so I can pick Soarin.
